Jazeera Airways launches Kuwait–Yerevan flights![]() July 8, 2025 - 18:08 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On July 8, Zvartnots International Airport held a ceremony to mark the arrival of the first direct flight by Jazeera Airways from Kuwait to Yerevan. Flights on the Kuwait–Yerevan–Kuwait route will operate three times a week—on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Jazeera Airways, Kuwait’s leading low-cost carrier, serves over 60 destinations across the Middle East, Central and South Asia, Africa, and Europe with a fleet of 24 aircraft, including 11 Airbus A320neos. Marcelo Wende, Director of Armenia International Airports CJSC, said: “We are pleased to witness the opening of direct connectivity between Yerevan and Kuwait. This is a significant step forward, reflecting the strengthening of ties between our peoples while boosting tourism and business relations.” Jazeera Airways CEO Barathan Pasupathi stated: “We’re proud to be the only airline currently offering direct flights between Kuwait and Yerevan. Armenia is a beautiful destination known for its stunning sights, deep historical roots, and warm hospitality.
