The decision was signed by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan. Noroyan will serve a three-year term. “Based on Part 9, Article 10 of the Law on Diplomatic Service of the Republic of Armenia, Arayik Noroyan is appointed as Armenia’s military attaché to the Republic of Kazakhstan, effective August 1, 2025, for a three-year term (residence in the city of Astana),” the decree states. ![]() ![]() Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took to social media to thank his Lithuanian counterpart for the contribution.
