Papikyan meets new U.S. defense attaché in Armenia

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia’s Minister of Defense Suren Papikyan met on July 11 with U.S. Ambassador to Armenia Kristina Kvien and the newly appointed U.S. Defense Attaché, Colonel Matthew Crow.

Papikyan congratulated Colonel Crow on his appointment and wished him success in his new role.

During the meeting, both sides reviewed U.S.-Armenian defense cooperation, highlighting the current level of engagement and opportunities for further development. They mutually praised the existing collaboration. The U.S. side reaffirmed its readiness to continue supporting defense reforms underway in Armenia.

The parties also exchanged views on regional and international security issues.
