"Patrol teams of the EU Mission are constantly monitoring the Armenian-Azerbaijani border from the Armenian side, supporting regional stability," the statement reads. On March 13, Armenia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that it had accepted Azerbaijan's proposals concerning two previously unresolved articles, and that the peace agreement was now ready for signing. Armenia noted it is prepared to initiate consultations regarding the timing and venue for the signing. The draft peace agreement consists of 17 articles, 15 of which had been agreed upon earlier. One of the remaining unresolved points involved mutual renunciation of international claims, while the other concerned barring third-country representatives from being deployed at the Armenia-Azerbaijan border. Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
