Under the guidance of head coach Artur Melkumyan, Arto Baghramyan (46 kg) and Menua Ulikhanyan (54 kg) reached the top of the podium. Baghramyan defeated an Azerbaijani opponent in the final, while Ulikhanyan overcame a Serbian boxer, according to the Boxing Federation. Silver medals went to Samvel Grigoryan (44 kg), Davit Duniyamalyan (48 kg), Gagik Harutyunyan (63 kg), and Grisha Dilanyan (80 kg). Bronze medalists included Alen Nalbandyan (40 kg), Gagik Manukyan (50 kg), Samvel Sardaryan (60 kg), Sayat Tumanyan (66 kg), and Aleksandr Arustamyan (70 kg). The Armenian national team finished third overall in the team competition. Armenia’s Narek Manasyan (92kg) won Armenia’s second silver medal at the European Boxing Championships 2024 on April 28. Armenian gymnast, Olympic bronze medalist Artur Davtyan has reached the finals of the World Cup.
