Aliyev calls Trump architect of U.S.–Azerbaijan partnership

PanARMENIAN.Net - Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev expressed gratitude to U.S. President Donald Trump for his recent post on the TruthSocial platform. Aliyev shared his message on X.

“Thank you, President Donald Trump, for your kind words on TruthSocial. I deeply value your important role in advancing the peace process between Azerbaijan and Armenia, as well as in organizing the historic Washington summit. You are the architect of the eternal friendship and emerging strategic partnership between Azerbaijan and the United States. I highly value our friendship,” Aliyev wrote.

He also posted a photo with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.

Earlier, Trump had described it as an honor to befriend both Aliyev and Pashinyan after their August 8 summit in Washington, and published a joint photo.
