Armenia, EU launch new high-level political dialogue![]() September 19, 2025 - 18:28 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan said Armenia’s unblocking agenda, the Crossroads of Peace project, and the TRIPP program complement one another and align with the EU’s Global Gateway strategy. Speaking at a joint press conference with EU Enlargement Commissioner Marta Kos, he stressed that recent agreements reached in Washington and Brussels, including the peace treaty’s initialing and a trilateral declaration, open new opportunities for Armenia’s infrastructure and regional development. He highlighted the importance of EU support for regional stability, noted progress in the visa liberalization process, and announced the launch of a new political dialogue with the EU focused on implementing the Resilience and Growth program approved in April 2024. Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took to social media to thank his Lithuanian counterpart for the contribution.
