The national team took home one gold, two silver, and five bronze medals. Robert Simonyan (58 kg) won the gold medal, becoming world champion. He had also won the world title in 2022. Narek Simonyan (58 kg) and Gor Shatveryan (71 kg) earned bronze medals. Mher Ohanyan (71 kg) also won a bronze medal, while Seyran Sarukhanyan (88 kg) claimed silver. In youth combat sambo, Tigran Grigoryan (58 kg) and Vadis Hambardzumyan (71 kg) secured bronze medals. Armen Safaryan (79 kg) won silver. Armenia’s Narek Manasyan (92kg) won Armenia’s second silver medal at the European Boxing Championships 2024 on April 28.
