Army chief reviews unit’s performance, flags issues

PanARMENIAN.Net - On October 9, First Deputy Defense Minister and Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Edward Asryan, visited an army corps, where he held a meeting with the command staff and officers of the military units, the Ministry of Defense reported.

During the meeting, the recent activities and operations carried out by the unit were summarized.

Lieutenant General Asryan generally praised the work accomplished, identified existing problems, and issued relevant directives for future tasks.

At the end of the visit, the Chief of the General Staff presented awards and certificates of appreciation to servicemembers who had distinguished themselves in the line of duty.
