  Yerevan mayor presents digital, investment projects at Dubai forum October 29, 2025 - 14:01 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Yerevan Mayor Tigran Avinyan announced via Facebook that he participated in the ongoing Asia-Pacific Cities Summit and Mayors’ Forum in Dubai, which brought together dozens of city leaders to share experiences on building sustainable, competitive, and innovative cities. During the event, he discussed investment opportunities in Yerevan. “During the forum, I presented the GIS (Geographic Information System) solutions currently applied in Yerevan, used for spatial planning, infrastructure management, green zones, transport, and unified municipal service data,” Avinian said. He also explored investment project opportunities in Yerevan with various partners.
