The events were planned and executed through procedures outlined in Armenia’s Law on Procurement. Under this framework, all provided services, including concerts and related festivities, were defined and priced through formal contracts, which have been published on the official procurement platform. However, the details of contracts with individual performers and artists have not been publicly disclosed.
