"I'm sorry that the Government not only refrains from taking any steps to retain decrease level at 6% but even impairs the situation by the policy it conducts," he noted.Commenting on RA Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan's statement on economic index increase of 1-2 %, expected in 2009 in Armenia, Hrant Bagratyan noted that sometimes he's surprised a reasonable man like Tigran Sargsyan, allows himself to make such unprofessional statements. According to Bagratyan, world financial crisis consequences will be mitigated no sooner than 2010 -2011.
