Мinister: Armenia’s Q3 GDP grows 6.2% year-on-year![]() November 20, 2025 - 18:41 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Deputy Chairman of the Civil Contract Party and Economy Minister of Armenia, Gevorg Papoyan, announced via Facebook that Armenia’s gross domestic product (GDP) increased by 6.2% in the third quarter of 2025, compared to the same quarter in 2024. “Armenia’s GDP growth for Q3 2025 stands at 6.2% year-on-year. We continue to operate in an economic growth environment that surpasses projections outlined in the 2025 state budget and by international institutions,” Papoyan wrote. Yerevan has dismissed Turkey’s demand to shut down the Armenian nuclear power plant as “inappropriate”. Armenia will loan 2.9 billion drams to Nagorno Karabakh (Artsakh), according to a draft government decision. The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Azerbaijan has “strongly condemned” Armenia’s decision.
