"As leader of the largest minority community in Armenia, I request Government and President to extend amnesty to a larger group of people." Armenia is facing political tension, and amnesty will help mitigate the situation, Tamoyan stressed, adding that people under investigation should also be included in amnesty list. ![]() ![]() Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
