Pashinyan says Zayed  $1 mln prize shared with Azerbaijan

PanARMENIAN.Net - Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated that the $1 million Zayed Human Fraternity Prize was shared with Azerbaijan.

“The Zayed Human Fraternity Prize has a $1 million award fund, but as you know, we shared it with the president of Azerbaijan; presumably we are talking about $500,000 each,” he said, according to Panorama.am .

According to him, the money has not yet been transferred, but he is confident it will be.

“I am thinking about what public purpose or need this amount should be directed toward. When there is a specific decision, we will announce it,” Pashinyan said.

On February 4, in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, Nikol Pashinyan and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev were awarded the Zayed Human Fraternity Prize.
