CEC receives bids from 19 political forces

PanARMENIAN.Net - A total of 19 political forces have submitted applications to participate in Armenia’s parliamentary elections, the Central Electoral Commission said.

“Applications have been received from 19 political forces, of which 2 are alliances and 17 are parties,” the statement said.

The nomination deadline expired at 18:00, after which the registration phase will begin.

Earlier, CEC spokesperson Seda Ghukasyan said the system would automatically close after the deadline, and no further applications would be accepted.

The deadline for obtaining user accounts has also expired.

Parliamentary elections in Armenia are scheduled for June 7, 2026.
