Cyprus reiterates “never again” message

PanARMENIAN.Net - The Cyprus Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a statement on the 111th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide, published on X.

“On the Day of Remembrance of the Armenian Genocide, we remember the victims and pledge to preserve their sacred memory. Never again,” the statement reads.

The Republic of Cyprus recognized the Armenian Genocide in 1975. In 2015, the Cypriot parliament adopted a law criminalizing the denial of the Armenian Genocide.
