HJC nominates Garik Avagyan for bankruptcy court head

PanARMENIAN.Net - The Supreme Judicial Council has nominated Garik Avagyan as head of the Bankruptcy Court.

At a closed session on April 27, the Supreme Judicial Council considered the issue of proposing a candidate for the vacant chairmanship and decided to recommend Judge Garik Avagyan, Factor.am reports.

Avagyan has served as a judge since 2008 and previously led the Bankruptcy Court, having been elected in 2018 for a three-year term.

The position became vacant after April 17, when the term of Chairman Garik Hovhannisyan expired.
