Gallup poll shows Civil Contract leading at 26.7%

PanARMENIAN.Net - If parliamentary elections were held next Sunday, the following picture would emerge, according to a survey by Gallup International Association: 26.7% of respondents would vote for Civil Contract, 14.1% for Strong Armenia, and 8.2% for the Hayastan alliance.

The Prosperous Armenia Party would receive 7.5%, Wings of Unity 4.2%, and the Democracy, Law and Discipline party 3.1%.

According to Aravot.am, 2.7% of respondents said they would vote for Bright Armenia, 2.3% for the Armenian Noble Party, 1.9% for the New Force reformist party, 1.7% for the Republic party, and 1.1% for the Christian Democratic Party.

Other political forces received less than 1% in this survey.

At the same time, 5.7% said they would not participate in voting at all, 3.3% said they would spoil their ballot, 8% found it difficult to answer, and 8.3% refused to respond.

To the question, “If parliamentary elections are conducted unfairly, are you ready to take to the streets to establish justice?”, responses were distributed as follows: 36.6% said they were definitely ready to go to the streets, 9.9% said they were rather ready, 10.2% said they were rather not ready, 39.1% said they were definitely not ready, and 4.3% found it difficult to answer.

The survey was conducted by telephone with the participation of 1,101 respondents. The margin of error was 3%, and data were collected between April 27 and 29.
