The sides also discussed certification opportunities in Cyprus for Armenian manufacturers, along with product localization prospects that could help increase the international visibility of Armenian goods. The discussion additionally covered professional services, sustainable branding, and the development of production facilities aligned with European Union standards. Participants highlighted Cyprus’ importance as a strategic platform for Armenian companies seeking entry into European markets. Delegation members also stressed Armenia’s role as a key regional hub. Yerevan has dismissed Turkey’s demand to shut down the Armenian nuclear power plant as “inappropriate”. Armenia will loan 2.9 billion drams to Nagorno Karabakh (Artsakh), according to a draft government decision. The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Azerbaijan has “strongly condemned” Armenia’s decision.
