Armenian women boxers win five medals

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia’s women’s national boxing team won five medals at the Irakli Abashidze International Tournament held in Georgia.

In the 48 kg category, Heline Petrosyan claimed the gold medal, while Lusya Avetisyan emerged victorious in the 54 kg division.

Silver medals were awarded to Luiza Grigoryan (54 kg) and Lilit Mikayelyan (75 kg). Ani Muradyan completed Armenia’s medal haul by winning bronze.

According to the federation, the national team is coached by Vazgen Badalyan.
