Jobs increase by over 302,000 since 2017: Papoyan

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia’s Economy Minister Gevorg Papoyan has shared statistical data on the number of jobs in the country as of June 2026 in a Facebook post.

According to the figures presented, the number of jobs has increased by 302,411 compared with June 2017.

“Jobs:

June 2017: 527,337

June 2026: 829,748

Difference: 302,411,” Papoyan wrote.

Separately, the international credit rating agency Fitch Ratings has reaffirmed Armenia’s ‘BB-’ Long-Term Foreign-Currency Issuer Default Rating while maintaining its Positive outlook.
