Prosecutors seek major asset seizure from Tsarukyan![]() July 29, 2026 - 17:14 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia's Prosecutor General's Office is seeking the confiscation of 75 real estate properties, 42 vehicles, interests in 38 legal entities, and more than 105.8 billion drams from Gagik Tsarukyan and individuals affiliated with him, the Prosecutor's Office said. Among the 75 real estate properties subject to the confiscation claim are 52 apartments in Yerevan's Nor Nork district, five apartments on Abovyan Street, 11 apartments in Kotayk Province, as well as other real estate assets. The Prosecutor's Office is also seeking the confiscation of the market value of 10 additional properties and 42 vehicles. The claim further includes ownership interests in 38 legal entities, among them Multi Group Concern LLC, Multi Autotrans LLC, Onira Club LLC, and several other companies. The monetary claim filed by the Prosecutor's Office amounts to 105,865,865,226 drams. Koryun Serobyan, head of the Department for Illicit Asset Forfeiture Cases at the Prosecutor General's Office, also recalled that the court had granted the Prosecutor's motion to transfer the management of Araratcement CJSC to the state as an interim measure to secure the claim. Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took to social media to thank his Lithuanian counterpart for the contribution.
