According to him, now the Armenian-Turkish border became a border between the CSTO and NATO. Concerning the process of normalization of the Armenian-Turkish relations and opening the border, Babukhanyan stressed that he wouldn't call this as 'opening of the Armenian-Turkish border', since Turkey closed the border, and now it's deblocking takes place. "It's not our problem and let Ankara think itself how to open borders. We have helped them enough already," Babukhanyan said. He also said, that the entire region will benefit from the opening of the Armenian-Turkish border. Mr. Babukhanyan also stressed that Turkey must be more interested in opening the border, because it wants to gain access to Europe and to join EU. Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert. On June 10, Azerbaijani President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will leave for Turkey on a working visit. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev arrived in Moscow on April 22 to hold talks with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.
