The telegram said, "the barbarian explosion led to death and suffering of many people and on behalf of the people of Armenia and myself I expressed condolences to relatives of the victims and wished quick recovery to suffered". Powerful explosion on Monday morning took place near the Internal Affairs Department of Nazran, Ingushetia.
