  World perceives Armenia as reliable partnerSeptember 2, 2009 - 20:58 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia's foreign policy is that of an initiator seeking to develop ties in bilateral and multilateral formats, RA Foreign Minister Edward Balbandyan told a press conference in Yerevan, answering a PanARMENIAN.Net correspondent's question. "In annual terms, RA President, Parliament Speaker and Premier carried out 86 visits abroad. In the period, 8 Presidents and 15 Foreign Ministers from different states visited our country. Such data speak for themselves," RA FM stated, adding that world currently perceives Armenia as a reliable partner.
