RUSSIA AND TURKEY REACHED AGREEMENT ON SOUTH CAUCASUS SPECIAL SUBGROUP CREATIONApril 11, 2002 - 23:01 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The Russian and Turkish foreign ministries will establish a special subgroup for South Caucasus. The agreement on this was reached at the meeting of the Russian-Turkish joint group in Moscow. The parts also discussed the perspectives of the cooperation in the struggle against the international terrorism and the development of the economic cooperation in Eurasia.
