 ArmRosgazprom launches system of incentives for workersSeptember 17, 2009 - 19:46 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - "ArmRosgazprom" has begun a program to encourage employees, press office of the company reports. The program consists of two parts. Key performance indicators (KPIs) to be developed in the first part of the program for each unit. The company recently held a series of seminars with participation of the chairman of the Board, director general, deputy director general, managers and employees to identify these indicators. Seminars were conducted by the specialists of "MAG CONSULTING" under the auspices of the Alemar corporation. The second part of the program is aimed to encourage employees of the company. These indicators will be introduced in a special computer program that automatically evaluate the effectiveness of units. The principle of justice is in the basis of remuneration.
