Armenian-Turkish Protocols discussed in RA NAS

PanARMENIAN.Net - The Armenian Academy of Sciences (RA NAS) hosted a hearing on the Armenian-Turkish relations. Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian and Education Minister Armen Ashotyan were invited as guest speakers.



Director of the RA NAS Institute of Oriental Studies, Professor Ruben Safrastyan, academicians Gevorg Brutyan and Vilen Hakobyan, historians Babken Harutyunyan, Ashot Melkonyan and Alexander Manasyan gave reports.



In his speech, Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian emphasized that retreat from the principle of "normalization of relations without preconditions" can jeopardize the entire negotiation process.
