Azerbaijan can't stop ratification of Armenian-Turkish Protocols

PanARMENIAN.Net - Azerbaijan has immediate relations with the Armenian-Turkish relations, since because of Azerbaijan Turkey stopped all kind of relations with Armenia, and the fact that Baku has decided to discuss the Armenian-Turkish Protocols is anticipated, Alexander Sotnichenko , analyst at the St. Petersburg Center of Study of modern middle east told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter .



According to him, The only desire of Azerbaijan is to link the Karabakh conflict with the Armenian-Turkish relations. 

He also commented on the recent actions of Azerbaijan, aimed at demonstrating its dissatisfaction with Turkey.



"By its actions, Azerbaijan will be able to influence certain political circles in Turkey, but very unlikely, it could affect the process of ratification of the Protocols ," Alexander Sotnichenko said.
