  RA citizen, spying for Azeri special services, arrestedOctober 21, 2009 - 21:08 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - RA National Security Services arrested Armenian citizen Gevorg Hayrapetyan , on suspicion of collaboration with Azeri special services, RA NSS press service reported. Gevorg Hayrapetyan was charged with state treason and espionage in accordance with RA Criminal Code 1part, art. 299. In 2007 he was dismissed from RA Armed Forces for gross violation of military and official discipline. Foreign citizen, providing communication between Hayrapetyan and Azeri special services, was arrested over the same case. RA National Security Services' Investigation Department is currently in charge of the inquest.
