Bernard Fassier: OSCE MG is doing its best to visit Nagorno Karabakh

PanARMENIAN.Net - Co-Chairs of OSCE Minsk Group will this week arrive in region, MG French mediator Bernard Fassier told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter. "We plan to visit Yerevan and Baku. As this is going to be a very short visit I cannot say whether or not we'll go to Karabakh," said the French diplomat.



Answering the question on the possibility of Armenian and Azeri FMs' meeting on the margins of OSCE Foreign Ministers' Summit due on December 1-2, Fassier said he had nothing more to add to Russian Co-Chair Yuri Merzlyakov's statement in that regard.



Russian mediator earlier said, "I think the meeting between Armenian and Azeri Foreign Ministers Edward Nalbandyan and Elmar Mamedyarov is inevitable during the Athens summit."
