IN AZERI PRESIDENT'S WORDS, OSCE MINSK GROUP NEW PROPOSALS ON KARABAKH ARE NOT CONTINUATION OF «THE KEY WEST PRINCIPLES»

PanARMENIAN.Net - Co-Chairs of OSCE Minsk Group on Nagorno Karabakh peaceful settlement have prepared some proposals, which are not continuation of «the Key West principles.» Azeri President Heydar Aliyev stated it upon his return to Baku after undergoing an operation in USA. Being asked about the possibility of US military arrival in Azerbaijan, as well as in Pankis canyon in Georgia, Aliyev refrained form a direct response. He made it clear that solely Azerbaijan's will was not sufficient. «It is not what is sold and anyone can buy,» - Aliyev said.
