  NKR NA: Azerbaijan aims to alter balance in the regionNovember 25, 2009 - 22:50 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - NKR National Assembly has adopted a statement on the latest developments in the Karabakh conflict settlement process. The statements says that Azerbaijan protracts talks in order to resume hostilities and alter the military balance in the region. It also says that Azerbaijan casts a doubt on international efforts to establish peace and stability in the South Caucasus. On June 10, Azerbaijani President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will leave for Turkey on a working visit. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev arrived in Moscow on April 22 to hold talks with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin. Authorities said a total of 192 Azerbaijani troops were killed and 511 were wounded during Azerbaijan’s offensive.
