CONNECTION REFORM TO START IN NKR FEBRUARY

PanARMENIAN.Net - "Karabakh-Telecom" organization will be engaged in providing with telecommunication connection in Nagorno-Karabakh Republic February 1. As "Arminfo" reports with reference to joint statement of "Artsakhkap" enterprise and "Karabakh-Telecom" Company, used and obsolete equipment will be replaced by new, contemporary means of communication. The NKR's residents will have an opportunity for services of JSM cell connection within the whole territory of the republic. Rates for communication services will not change. The subscribers are suggested to pay all unpaid bills to "Artsakhkap" till February 25, 2002. Other details are not reported because of tense relations between "Artsakhkap" and "ArmenTel" in the statement.
