PanARMENIAN.Net -
The necessity of NKR’s participation in the next round of talks was enshrined in the preamble to the agreement on Karabakh conflict settlement, according to a high ranking official.

The source also informed that the right of nations to self-determination is dominating in the preamble.

The trilateral meeting between Armenian, Azerbaijani and Russian leaders took place in Sochi on Monday, Jan. 25. Following the meeting, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov summed up the results, estimating the discussions as positive.

“The most important achievement was that the parties agreed to reconsider and review the clauses considered inadmissible in negotiation process,” Mr. Lavrov said.
