NKR President extended condolences to Russian leader PanARMENIAN.Net - On March 29, NKR President Bako Sahakyan addressed a condolence letter to Russian leader Dmitry Medvedev in connection with the act of terrorism in Moscow subway.



"On behalf of the people and authorities of the Artsakh Republic, I express my deep condolences and support to the people of Russia in connection with treacherous act of terrorism which claimed dozens of innocent lives.



In the hour of nationwide grief we share in all the bitterness of the loss and wish tenacity and courage to the relatives and friends of the deceased," the letter ran, Central Information Department at NKR President's office reported.
