PanARMENIAN.Net - According to the information of "Eni Musavat" Baku newspaper, the new initiative of OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs includes giving actual independence to Nagorno-Karabakh. Commenting on the mediators' proposals, political scientist Elhan Mehtiyev expressed conviction in his article of "the visit of the Co-Chairs to the region in its broadened staff confirms that the version of settlement on the basis of the Parisian principles is included in the agenda." In his opinion, this "puts pressure upon Azerbaijan" and aims at "suppressing Azerbaijan's desire to resolve the conflict in a military way."
