PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian chess player Lilit Mkrtchyan scored a victory over China’s Zhao Xue in the 4th round match of the 3rd stage of Women’s Grand Prix in Nalchik. Mkrtchyan is the currently the 8th with 2 points.

Armenia’s another representative Elina Danielyan was defeated by Sweden’s Pia Cramling. Danielyan bottoms the tournament standings with 1.5 points.

Russia’s Tatiana Kosintseva keeps the lead with 3.5 points.

In the 5th round, Armenian chess players will rival each other.
