NKR elections meet international standards, Abkhazian parliament vice speaker says

PanARMENIAN.Net - Elections and the legislative system in the Arstakh Republic meet all international standards, said Vyacheslav Tsugba, vice speaker of the Abkhazian parliament.

“I have visited dozens of polling stations and can assert this,” he said.

“Abkhazia, South Ossetia, NKR and Transdnistria recognized each other’s independence long ago and are closely cooperating,” Mr. Tsugba said. “NKR stood a better chance for recognition, but as it happened Abkhazia was recognized before. Anyway, our republics collaborate at the highest level.”
