  Ashot Ghulyan reelected NKR NA Chairman June 10, 2010 - 16:24 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On June 10, Ashot Ghulyan was reelected to the post of Chairman of the NKR 5th National Assembly during its first session. Ashot Ghulyan is the leader of the Democratic Party of Artsakh, which gained 28.6% of the vote by proportional system during the May 23 parliamentary election, the NKR NA Press service reported.
