Alexander Arzumanyan: Karabakh process hit a deadlock

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia has been excluded from all regional processes, according to RA former Minister of Foreign Affairs.

“No international organization or country takes Armenia into consideration. We learn from newspapers that the Karabakh issue was discussed in Ankara or will be discussed in Canada or the United States,” Armenian National Congress member Alexander Arzumanyan said, blaming all on “illegitimate authorities”.

“The incumbent authorities have no right to present Armenia,” Arzumanyan told journalists on June 24.

“Karabakh process has hit a deadlock and the only way out is resignation of the President and conduction of pre-term elections,” he said.

At the same time, Arzumanyan noted that Azerbaijan will not unleash a war unless it’s confident of benefits it will gain as a result.
