Russian, French, U.S. Presidents’ statement repeats L'Aquila provisions

PanARMENIAN.Net - The joint statement by Presidents of Russia, France and the United States repeats L'Aquila provisions.

“This statement is an attempt to turn the time back. True, some of its provisions could seem attractive for Artsakh 20 years ago. But after the ethnic cleansing, blockade and bloody war unleashed by Azerbaijan, a vague interim status is at least not serious,” chairman of NKR public council on foreign policy and security Masis Mailyan told PanARMENIAN.Net

He noted that it would be useful to apply international experience gained in Kosovo, South Ossetia and Abkhazia to resolution of Karabakh problem.
