  Andranik Nikoghosyan: historical significance of Constitution can’t be overestimated July 5, 2010 - 13:13 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - President of the Armenian International Youth Center Andranik Nikoghosyan congratulated Armenian citizens on Constitution Day. The address says in part, “Historical significance of adoption of the Constitution can’t be overestimated. It was a move that contributed to state building legal system formation. It demonstrated that Armenia is a democratic and jural state.” Armenian International Youth Center was founded in 2008 with an aim to propagandize national values among the young people.
