  Azerbaijani Foreign Minister keeps making ungrounded statements July 9, 2010 - 16:29 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Instead of speaking of agreements achieved by Armenian and Azerbaijani leaders in Saint Petersburg, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov keeps making ungrounded statements, Deputy Foreign Minister of Armenia said. “Withdrawal of Armenian troops from any territories can’t be discussed unless Azerbaijan withdraws from the occupied territories of NKR,” Shavarsh Kocharyan stated. Mammadryarov said he will “discuss the terms of return of Lachin and Kelbajar during a meeting with his Armenian counterpart in Almaty on July 16.” “As to return the other territories, the process will start immediately after signature of a peace agreement,” he said. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took to social media to thank his Lithuanian counterpart for the contribution.
