 Defense reforms bring fighting capacity of Armenian army to new level July 9, 2010 - 16:34 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On July 9, the RA Ministry of Defense hosted a conference dedicated to defense reforms. The conference, chaired by Armenian Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan, focused on revising the RA defense strategy and reforms implemented as part of this process. It was noted that the reforms and application of new approaches have brought the fighting capacity of the Armenian army to a new level. Summarizing the conference's results, the Defense Minister gave instructions on further implementation of reforms, the Ministry's press service reported.
