Ramkavar Azatakan party’s statement remained unacknowledged: plant officials are on summer vacation. To receive official interpretation, PanARMENIAN.Net correspondent addressed Armenian Ministry of Energy. Ministerial spokeswoman Lusine Harutyunyan referred the issue to the Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Armen Movsesyan who couldn’t comment on the situation, being away on vacation. Nairit plant press secretary Anush Harutyunyan, however, promised to get in touch with persons in charge on order to clarify the situation.
