OSCE MG visits to Stepanakert indicate Karabakh to be an established statePanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia does not give an adequate response to anti-Armenian statements by OSCE MG co-chairs for Karabakh conflict settlement, political expert Alexander Minasyan noted, commenting on recent statement by OSCE MG French co-chair Bernard Fassier. “Mediators’ traveling from Yerevan to Karabakh suggests a trilateral negotiation process. Otherwise the co-chairs would not visit Stepanaket, as suchlike visits once again indicate Karabakh to be an established state,” the political expert told a news conference in Yerevan. “We arrived in NKR from Baku, having crossed the line of contact for the first time over the past 9 years,” Bernard Fassier told a news conference in Stepanakert after the meeting with NKR President Bako Sahakyan. As OSCE MG French co-chair noted, crossing the line of contact is an event in itself. Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took to social media to thank his Lithuanian counterpart for the contribution.
