  Intellect is one of Armenia’s strategic resources, Sargsyan says September 17, 2010 - 12:04 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - As a small country with insufficient natural resources, Armenia considers intellect as one of the main assets, RA President said. “Educated and well-to-do young people will guarantee sustainable development of our country,” Serzh Sargsyan said in a interview with Profile Ukrainian magazine. “It happened that two thirds of our nation live beyond Armenia but many of them achieved success in various fields and we are proud of them,” he said.
