  Armenian President awards Konstantin Zatulin with Medal of Honor September 20, 2010 - 16:38 AMTPanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree on awarding Vice-Chairman of the Russian parliament Konstantin Zatulin with Medal of Honor for his contribution to boosting cooperation between Armenia and Russia, strengthening and developing friendship between the Armenian and Russian peoples. Under another decree of the RA President, CSTO deputy secretary-general Ara Badalyan was conferred with diplomatic degree of Extraordinary Ambassador and Plenipotentiary Minister. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took to social media to thank his Lithuanian counterpart for the contribution.
